Donations and Associate membership may be cancelled within 7 days of an on-line payment being made, in which case any fees paid using the on-line system will be refunded in full.

Congress
Notification of cancellation of Congress fees should be directed to the Congress Secretariat.
- 80% of fees are refundable until 3 weeks before the congress
- 50% from 3 -1 weeks before the Congress
- 0% will be refunded from 1 week before the Congress.
