Yes all lectures will be recorded during the congress and made available afterwards to view. There is no live stream.

These will be avaiable shortly after the congress finishes. Those who paid for the congress will be given automatic access.

The recordings are have copyright and the speakers have contracts stating how they are used this means they may not be downloaded.

Nurses who have paid to be delegates may also buy a Gala dinner ticket. They may also attend the Gala dinner as a guest of a delegate.

No nurses cannot attend the study days. Only if there is a specific nurse study day.

The veterinary study days are restricted to Veterinary Surgeons.

Students may attend EVDF at the special student rates.

The dress code is smart. Black tie is completely OK and so is national dress

The best way to present at the EVDF is to submit via the call for paper in the forum page

Speaker reimbursements are:

From 15 min to 30: half congress + gala dinner

From 40 min to 80: full congress + gala dinner

From 90 min to 120: full congress + gala dinner + 500 € to cover expenses

The expenses can be claimed after the congress by submitting a reimbursement form including receipts. Reimbursement will be made based on actual costs according to the receipts with a maximum of 500 €

All speakers are invited to the gala dinner

Shared lectures (two speakers or more) will share the reimbursements.
