HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register for the Congress please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by secured online credit card payment or bank transfer. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance can be downloaded after submission of the online evaluation which will be requested to be filled in after the congress. You will receive an invitation via the email after the congress.
PAYMENTS
Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can only be made via secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques, foreign currency and cash payments on-site are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the online registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.
Notification of cancellation of Congress fees should be directed to the Congress Manager. 80% of fees are refundable until 3 weeks before the congress, 50% from 3 -1 weeks before the Congress and no fee (0%) will be refunded from 1 week before the Congress.
Study days will proceed only if there are enough participants. The decision to cancel the study days will be made at least 3 weeks before the start. Participants will be informed via email about a cancellation and in this case a refund will be made.
The organisation cannot be held responsible for flight cancellations or flight delays or any other unforeseen circumstances. The organisation will not refund the congress registration fee in such circumstances. It is the participant's responsibility to organise a travel and cancalletion insurance.
In case of cancellation or postponement of the congress due to force majeure, the congress organisation cannot be held responsible for any personal costs made like travel and hotel costs. It is the participants own responsibility to arrange own insurances for travel, accommodation and other activities.
The congress will be organised under the covid measures at that time (if applicable).
If your test results are positive before / during the congress, please note that the standard cancellation policy will apply as mentioned below (no fee (0%) will be refunded from 1 week before the Congress). In this case you can still access the on-demand congress afterwards. In addition to that, if your test results are positive / you have to follow the rules of the country were you are at that moment concerning isolation.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Photos and/or videos can be taken at conferences. These photos/videos can be used on public websites of us or our customers as an illustration or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, brochures, advertisements and/or social media of us or our customers. Photos and videos can be processed in the United States (e.g. by Google's YouTube). Our basis for being allowed to process the data is our legitimate interest to be able to share photos/videos for journalistic purposes and to increase our brand awareness and/or the reputation of the conference or the customer. The infringement of your privacy is limited as much as possible by informing you in advance and giving you the opportunity to object to the processing. If you object to the processing, we will remove the photos/videos online where possible and we will stop using them offline.
