Registration Desk
The registration area in the congress centre will be open for registration:
Thursday 7 May: 18.00-20.00 hrs
Friday 8 May: 07.30-17.00 hrs
Saturday 9 May: 08.00-16.30 hrs
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to the exhibition area and poster area
- Daily lunch to be served in the restaurant, followed by desserts and coffee/tea
in the exhibition area. Daily coffee breaks to be served in the exhibition area.

The WIFI is accessible for all delegates
Badges
For security reasons, badges must be worn throughout the Forum. Be careful
not to lose your badge, as the committee cannot be responsible for lost badges,
tickets or other valuable items. Entrance to lecture halls, poster and exhibition
area will not be allowed to any person without a badge.
Catering
Coffee Breaks and lunches will take place in the Exhibition area.
Certificate of Attendance
All participants will receive a digital certificate of attendance by email after
the congress.

Currency
The official currency at the congress is Euros. Cheques, cash and foreign currency
are not accepted.
