Speakers’ discounts can only be granted if all requirements and submission deadline are adhered to. Please go through all required fields and make sure that the all required items are correctly filled.

An abstract is mandatory for all submissions and must represent the content of the presentation. Main text is mandatory for all review submissions otherwise it will be rejected.

Call for papers will close 30th September 2026 23:59 CET

Notification of acceptance/rejection will be before 1st December 2026

Early registration – It is mandatory that presenting authors must register by 1st April 2027

Speaker reimbursement according to time

1 Presentation: half congress + gala dinner

2 Presentation or more: full congress + gala dinne

All speakers are invited to the gala dinner

Shared lectures (two speakers or more) will share the reimbursements.
