Tutors’ discounts can only be granted if all requirements and submission deadline are adhered to. Please go through all required fields and make sure that the all required items are correctly filled.
An abstract is mandatory for all submissions and must represent the content of the presentation. Main text is mandatory for all review submissions otherwise it will be rejected.
Call for papers will close 30th September 2025 23:59 CET
Notification of acceptance/rejection will be before 1st December 2025
Early registration – It is mandatory that presenting authors must register by 1st April 2026
