An abstract is mandatory for all submissions and must represent the content of the presentation. Main text is mandatory for all review submissions otherwise it will be rejected.
Call for papers will close 30th September 2025 23:59 CET
Notification of acceptance/rejection will be before 1st December 2025
Early registration – It is mandatory that presenting authors must register by 1st April 2026

Guidelines for abstract
Speaker reimbursement according to time
From 15 min to 30: half congress + gala dinner
From 40 min to 80: full congress + gala dinner
From 90 min to 120: full congress + gala dinner + 500 € to cover expenses
(120 minutes is the maximum time someone can present)
All speakers are invited to the gala dinner
Shared lectures (two speakers or more) will share the reimbursements.

Submissions can be review lectures, case reports, original clinical and research studies.
The author may suggest the duration for each session however the review committee may change the presentation time according to the program needs. The author will be notified, in this case, in due time
