Guidelines for word documents to be uploaded for submission.

The abstract will also be used for the proceedings.

 

Abstract submission

Please use max. 500 words for the abstract

A brief written bio (see example) of the submitting author is required (and of the presenting author if this is not the submitting author)

1. Use Arial 11pt or Times New Roman 12pt;

2. Use 1,5 of space between lines and left alignment; 

3. Use only bold, italic or underline words;

4. Please avoid tables in the abstract;

5. Do not insert page break and/or page number;

6. Do not insert header or footer text;

7. Do not insert images or graphics in the word document (but don't forget to indicate the place where they should be placed, indicating correctly the file name of the image or graphic);

8. Do not use hyphenation; 

9. Do not use footnotes;

10. Please, do not forget to include initials (or first name) and last name of all authors and corresponding affiliation of the submitting author.


Example

Henriëtte Booij-Vrieling (1974) graduated from the Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA), Amsterdam in 1998 and has been working as a human dentist ever since, In 2004 she graduated as a veterinarian at the faculty of veterinary medicine (Utrecht University). From 2004-2010 she was involved in clinical veterinary dental work at the university clinic in combination with a PhD project, resulting in her thesis defense in 2010 entitled “Tooth resorption in cats, contribution of vitamin D and inflammation”. In 2018 she became a diplomate of the European Veterinary Dental College. Since 2016 Henriëtte is part of the board of the European Veterinary Dental Society (EVDS).


Poster submission

1. Each poster must be in portrait format

2. Each poster must be printed and not bigger than the following size A0: 189 mm high x 841 mm width.
